Get Involved with the Community through SPYP

The Guardian Ad Litem program is a partnership of community advocates and professional staff providing a powerful voice on behalf of Florida's abused and neglected children.  Guardian Ad Litem training courses will be held September 4th to October 3rd, 2008 and October 16th to November 14th, 2008.

Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Tampa Bay

Volunteers for the Storybook Ball needed -- "Where the Wild Things Are" the evening of May 17, 2008 at the A la Carte Pavillion, Tampa. Volunteers needed for set-up between 10AM and 3PM. Silent auction monitors and runners also needed during the event (6PM-midnight). Black/tie formal attire is required.

Ongoing need for volunteers to register families, answer phones, and provide emontional support to families whose children are being treated at local hospitals (training provided).  Volunteers also needed for kitchen assitance, arts and crafts, and massage therapy.
