 The purpose of Workforce Development is for The Chamber to assist in the development of a workforce sufficient to meet the needs of the ever-growing community.
By participating with the City and the County in strategic development, The Chamber's Workforce Development division serves as an advocate in addresses the adequate infrastructure needs in our community.
This division also serves as a catalyst in communicating the community needs to the area schools and supports initiatives that assist in higher education.
